Ingredients
  • ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 oz white chocolate
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk the flour and baking soda together in a bowl while melting the unsweetened chocolate and butter in a pan on low.
  3. Stir frequently until you get a smooth texture.
  4. Stir in the sugar, vanilla and salt.
  5. Add the eggs.
  6. Add the flour and baking soda mixture.
  7. Stir until smooth and the batter sticks together away from the pan edges.
  8. Let it cool.
  9. Stir in the white chocolate chunks.
  10. Spay the brownie pan with nonstick spray and pour in the mixture.
  11. Smooth it evenly across the pan.
  12. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until done. Let it cool.
