  • 1 package white cake mix (2 layer size)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk
  • ? pint fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package lemon instant pudding
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Make the cake, following the directions on the package, then pour the batter into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
  3. Bake the cake for 16 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool in the pan.
  5. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the boiling water.
  6. Arrange the strawberries on top of the cake.
  7. Beat the pudding mix with the milk and stir in the whipped cream.
  8. Add half the strawberry gelatin to this mixture and pour it over the top of the cake.
