  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 small package strawberry gelatin
  1. Stir the strawberries and sugar over a low medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Turn the heat up to medium and boil the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove it from the heat and stir in the gelatin powder, stirring until the gelatin dissolves.
  4. Let the strawberry gelatin jam cool and pour it into containers.
  5. Freeze it until you are ready to use it, then thaw it and keep it refrigerated.
