  • ½ cup Bisquick mix
  • ¼ cup softened butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and then pour this mixture into the pie plate.
  3. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the pie is golden brown on top and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
